At 12:15 p.m. Friday (January 22), Mitzi G.P. After conferring with prosecutors, detectives charged McArthur with attempted second-degree theft, second-degree forgery and fourth-degree criminal property damage. Her bail was set at $4,250. She is scheduled to make her initial court appearance Monday afternoon (January 25).
