The superstars Hawaii Island Honors seeks to honor are outstanding citizens who seek to be good and do good on their personal missions in life and find amazing ways to contribute to our island community.
Hawaii Island Honors, in its inaugural year, salutes two unsung heroes of education. The visionary and dedicated leadership of Eric Hagiwara and Dale Olive at Waiakea High School excel at making math and physics exciting to learn through hands-on learning.
