Step by step:

1. Get into a squatting position with the knees into the chest

2. Place your palms flat on the floor in front of you shoulder's distance apart

3. Keeping your balance and concentration, come up on to the balls

4. Continuing to keep your palms balanced and in place turn your knees to face the right side

5. Slowly lean forward, continuing to keep the head lifted

6. Place your hips on top of the left arm and your knees on top of the right arm.

7. One at a time, take one foot off the floor and then the other to come to a balance with both feet up
