This Week's Yoga Pose: Peaceful Warrior
Opens the Hips
Lift your arms so they're in a straight line making sure your palm is facing up towards the sky. Keep the back knee loose, yet balanced and slowly bend the front knee forward. Extend the torso tall and slowly lean back lifting your arm above and behind you. Keep your weight evenly distributed across both your feet. Breath in deeply and pay attention to your breath. Feel your body centering as you stay balanced and in the moment.
